( The receipt of this grant is a major first step in the YJC’s proposed facility overhaul. Funding is being pursued to correct life safety issues, improve space utilization and the work environment, and extend the useful life of the entire building as well. This grant from the Evanston Based Family Foundation ensures that the YJC can continue to transform the lives of young people in our community. The Architect and Board Member, Robert Lubostky states, “This grant will go a long way to improving the YJC’s service delivery. The YJC has outgrown its current computer lab and clients often have to wait to access a computer.
