With the help of YJC, young people can find jobs that change their lives.

Samantha is a single mother who had been unable to find employment for months. We're proud to report that Samantha was hired as an Operations Manager for Seaton Corporation. She now earns $14 per hour with opportunities for career advancement. Samantha recognized the advantages the YJC program offered her  – and she made the most of them. She is an inspiration to all of us.

Gregory is an ex-offender with 2 felony convictions. But he’s the kind of man who puts his mistakes behind him. Gregory graduated from YJC’s training program. He secured a ten-week internship on a local construction site, enrolled in GED classes and is now gainfully employed at Laser Reproductions. Congratulations, Gregory

Charlotte dropped out of school. With no work history or prospects, she ran smack into the wall of unemployment. Then Charlotte enrolled in the YJC Out-Of-School Youth Program which helped fund her training for a CNA certificate. She worked hard, proved herself, and secured a job as a nurse’s assistant at Evanston Hospital. We’re very proud of this exceptional young woman.
